The Principals of Wollinka-Wikle Title Insurance Agency are David J. Wollinka and Paul J. Wikle.

Wollinka-Wikle Title Insurance Agency was formed in 1993 and presently has offices in Pasco, Hillsborough, and Pinellas counties servicing Florida.

Together, Wollinka-Wikle Title Insurance Agency offers their clients over 100 years of experience in the Title Insurance and Real Estate industry. Their reputation for professional, knowledgeable and reliable service with integrity is highly recognized within the Real Estate business community.

Our staff is committed to the client relationship with emphasis on timely and accurate communication throughout the closing process.

David J. Wolllinka, Esquire, is a local attorney who concentrates his practice in the areas of Estate Planning and Real Estate.

Personal

Born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on January 20, 1962; moved to Tarpon Springs, Florida in 1967. Married to Michele, 5 children.

Education

Graduated from Tarpon Springs Senior High School in 1980; graduated in 1983 with high honors from the University of Florida College of Business Administration with Bachelor of Science majoring in finance with minor emphasis on Real Estate; graduated in 1986 from the University of Florida College of Law with a Juris Doctorate Degree.

Paul J. Wikle, CCIM

Mr. Wikle is President of Wollinka-Wikle Title Insurance Agency and serves as Chairman of the Board for Flagship Bank. Paul is a native of Pinellas County.

Education

  • Graduate of Florida State University, School of Business with a Degree in Real Estate
  • Certified Commercial Investment Member Designation (CCIM)

Professional Experience

Paul has been in the title insurance business as partner and owner of Wollinka-Wikle Title Insurance Agency since 1993 and has been involved in the real estate industry for over 35 years. He is a Real Estate Investor and Entrepreneur and is very active within the community. Mr. Wikle currently is a member of the Pinellas County Land Planning Agency and the Tarpon Springs Elks Lodge. He has served as Chairman of the Pinellas County Realtor Organization, Director of Florida Gulf Coast Association of Realtors and Past President of the Tarpon Springs Chamber of Commerce and Jaycees.
